Guillermo Rodriguez is the co-founder of High Point Finance Leadership and a fractional CFO with more than 20 years of experience in finance and operations.
His work centers on helping owners understand the financial impact of their decisions, whether they're managing cash through a slow season, bidding a bigger project, buying the next property, or planning the next stage of growth.
He chose to focus on construction and real estate because these are businesses where timing is everything. Revenue and cash rarely move together, a single project or deal can make or break a year, and owners are often making large decisions with limited visibility. That's exactly where a CFO adds the most value.
Rather than treating financial reporting as the finish line, High Point uses it as the starting point for better questions and clearer direction.
