High Point Finance Leadership ("High Point", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through rodriguezcfo.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Contact form. When you submit our contact form, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, company, email address, phone number, business type, revenue range, and message.
Downloads. When you request a free download, such as one of our checklists, guides, or templates, we collect your name, email address, and company if you add it, along with which download you asked for. We use it to send what you asked for and to follow up if you would like help.
Questions for Guillermo. When you send a question through our website, we receive your question and, if you add them, your name and email address. We use them to reply and to plan future newsletter issues and podcast episodes. We only share a question publicly if you check the box saying it's OK, and we never share your name with it.
Free tools. Our free tools, including the calculators and the Financial Health Check, run entirely in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are not saved or sent to us. If you choose to submit the follow-up form after the Financial Health Check, we receive your name, email address, company if you add it, your score, and your answers, so Guillermo can follow up with you.
Scheduling. When you book a call, our scheduling provider, Calendly, collects the information you enter there.
Basic technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical details such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working properly.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, schedule and prepare for conversations, provide services you request, and keep the website running well. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
Our newsletter
Know Your Zero is published on LinkedIn. When you subscribe there, LinkedIn manages your subscription under its own privacy policy, and you can unsubscribe at any time in LinkedIn. We do not currently collect newsletter email addresses on this website. If we start an email version, we will update this policy first.
Cookies and analytics
High Point does not set advertising or analytics cookies on this website. Some pages include content from other companies that may set their own cookies or similar technologies when that content loads.
- Calendly. The booking calendar on our Contact page is provided by Calendly. When it loads, or when you book a call, Calendly may use cookies to run the scheduler, remember your preferences, and protect against fraud.
- Spotify. The podcast player on our homepage and podcast pages is provided by Spotify, which may use cookies when the player loads or when you press play.
These providers handle that information under their own policies, the Calendly Privacy Notice and the Spotify Privacy Policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some embedded features may not work without them.
If we add tools such as Google Analytics or the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors use the site or to measure our ads, we will update this policy first to explain what they collect and how you can opt out.
Service providers
Our website is hosted by Netlify, which also processes form submissions on our behalf. Scheduling is provided by Calendly, the podcast player by Spotify, and fonts by Google Fonts. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and scheduling information as long as we need it to respond to you and maintain our business records.
How we protect it
Protecting your information is a priority, and we take reasonable steps to safeguard it. No website, email, or online service is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Client financial information
Financial information shared during an engagement is governed by your engagement agreement and is kept confidential. Please don't send confidential financial details through our website forms.
Children
This website is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've submitted by emailing guillermo@rodriguezcfo.com.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
